Chard Scraps Charges For HM Forces Personnel

Chard has scrapped all charges for HM Forces serving overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan who are either renting or letting a property through any of our west London lettings offices.

Any landlord serving in Iraq or Afghanistan when we are instructed to let their principal residence in London will benefit from a 0% commission fee, no agreement charges and no charge for EPCs. Likewise any spouse of a serving member of HM Forces in these countries will be exempted from paying agreement fees if renting a property through Chard lettings ltd..

Andrew Chard, whose father, Ken Chard, TD was a serving Major in the Territorial Army will be adjudicating the scheme.
