Our South Kensington and Chelsea lettings office agreed four flats to let in South Kensington on saturday alone, with a further three still under offer. Three of the flats (one bedrooms all of them), priced between 375 and 550 per week let within a whisker of asking price; the fourth, asking 775 per week at around 10% off asking, confirming a trend on larger flats to let noted elsewhere on this blog.
