Five out of Six Home information Packs "Riddled With Mistakes"

The Daily Mail reports that most HIPs are full of mistakes. We've commented elsewhere on this blog at the total waste of time and money that vendors are obliged to expend on these reports, as have numerous other estate agents and professional associations.

The fact that "5 out of 6" of them are "riddled with mistakes" should not discourage anyone (least of all our supremely competent and beloved government)- as practically no-one looks at them anyway.
