Refurbishment of House to Let in Pembridge Villas, Notting Hill Boosts Rental Value

Chard's Home Services team, headed by Steven Hewitt has just completed a kitchen refurbishment of a property in Pembridge Villas, W11. The property has just been let by Chard's Notting Hill Lettings office at £2750 per week.

The kitchen of this family house in Notting Hill had really let the property down and the landlord was very aware of the need to update it in order to make the property attractive to a corporate tenant.

The client asked for the works to be completed quickly in order to minimise a void rental period and to take advantage of the September / October market when companies tend to relocate senior employees with families. All work was completed within three weeks.
