The owner had lived at this property in Pembridge Villas, London W11 for around twenty years and had done very little to update it since he moved in. He wanted to sell the property earlier in the year and quickly realised that he would have to update the property to get the offer he was looking for.

From initial discussions the project progressed to:
-Installing four new bathrooms (two en-suites)
-New flooring throughout
-New curtains and blinds
-Re-designing the garden
-New lighting
-New alarm system
-Building new storage
-Updating the kitchen

The project took five weeks to complete - the exact time that agreed with the contractors and client, to the delight of the client himself. There were an additional three days for snagging and cleaning.
