London Rents Forecast To Rise 6% in 2008

The trend towards renting rather than buying property in Central London is confirmed with yet another report predicting a 6% rise in London rental values this year.

Chard London estate agents offices have been reporting consistantly higher demand for affordable flats to rent in London since the start of 2008.
