Housing Report From Centre for Economics and Leading Consultancy Findings: London House Prices Increased in Last 12 Months

The Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR), an independant consultancy has just produced a report commissioned by another estate agent in London indicating that house prices rose 6.4% in London over the past year. Whilst the rate of growth has slowed - we saw property for sale in Kensington rise by as much as 20% in 2006, it's hardly a "crash" either.
