Ladbroke Grove - home to budding politicians, Portobello Market and the Notting Hill Carnival is still considered THE place to live, even among first time buyers with relatively modest budgets.

The property in question was a beautiful, modernised one bedroom flat for sale in Ladbroke Grove, in Cambridge Gardens, with outside space-not to mention the fact it was a first floor Victorian conversation with the high ceilings and large sash windows! The property was fresh on the market and it was my first viewing!
