Chard's Brook Green lettings office on Shepherds Bush Road, W6 has just let this two bedroom flat with a private garden in Brook Green.

The flat has been bought through another local agent, as a buy to let investment. The landlord then instructed the same Brook Green estate agent to let the property. After three weeks and still no tenant in sight we collected the keys on friday. Our Brook Green lettings team agreed the let yesterday, within two working days of instruction (and within a whisker of its asking price) to a couple working in IT.
