Our residential property management team had a hectic weekend dealing with the effects of the torrential rain in London over the bank holiday weekend.

Leaky roofs and blocked drains backing up were the main causes of problems. Where health and safety and access permitted, we are able to get contractors out immediately. It's been a very busy day today for our property managers based in Kensington, liasing with tenants, contractors and insurers.
