Chesterton Road flat let within 24 hours - at asking price

Chard's Notting Hill lettings office has just let a one bedroom flat on Chesterton Road at asking price before we'd even had chance to take pictures! Owned by a former employee of a large London and Surrey estate agents (who weren't instructed), he had the following to say:
