Realistically priced flats to let in Fulham being let within hours

We’re picking up instructions, particularly family houses, from vendors who have decided to let rather than sell. This means families on relocation packages have a great choice of houses to rent in Fulham right now.

On the other hand, smaller properties although price sensitive, are very much in demand from tenants. Consequently one and two bedroom flats to rent in Fulham are in shorter and shorter supply. We let this one bedroom flat in Waldemar Avenue, SW6, on the rental market at £350 per week, within hours of its price being reduced to £335 per week. Similarly this two bedroom flat available to let in Imperial Crescent, Imperial Wharf, SW6 found an eager tenant the same day the rental price was reduced from £495 per week to £450 per week.

My boyfriend and I looked called up all the realtors in Fulham to find a two bedroom flat to rent last week. We offered $400 on a $450 rental near Munster Road and the realtor said we'd be lucky. Well guess what! We got it for $415after a morning of to and fro with the landlord. My ten cents worth? Make an offer.
