London estate agents may be complaining at the lack of buy to let investors but we're seeing them out in force for a selection of studios for sale in Penywern Road, Earls Court, located just off Earls Court Road and around the corner from the tube, local bars, restaurants, cafes (including two nearby Starbucks) and shops including a Marks and Spencers.

The amount of sales enquiries coming in for the studios is staggering, there is simply nothing else in Kensington and Chelsea for under £250,000. Prices range from £180,000 to £285,000 for one a bedroom flat.
